Representing the sound of Liverpool’s leftfield, Capac weave a tapestry of progressive harmony and ambient textures around precise beat programming. Their unique post-rock infused electronica is drawn from the artful blend of innovative production and ‘real sounds’ from their self-created organic pallet.

Their music embraces the beautiful and the sublime, it juxtaposes clean glitch with dirty fuzz. The result, a distinctive sound and spontaneous live show that take the dancefloor to a different place... lost in the moment.

Half Term

Last week was productive.

We played our first show of 2010 in a lovely venue called The Globe @ Hay in Hay-On-Wye. A long way to go, but a worthwhile show. We got masses of positive feedback and wanted to say a big thanks to Nicky and Ben for putting it on, and to Intertext for the visuals and all the other bands and DJs for a wicked night.

Then on Wednesday we played at Too F•cking Loud at Korova, which certainly lived up to it's name. Again big thanks to all involved especially A Time For Burning for getting us down. Speaking of which, the guys recently remixed one of our as yet unreleased tracks, missing 36.

The first week off for a while also made time to start that painting that's been brewing for an age in the mind, it's all very sky themed in colour, and chance based (using dice) in terms of colour placement.

[coming along quite nicely]

That was our productive week of no work...time well spent. Only a couple more weeks and we've got the very exciting London show with Wilder & Nedry (finally get to see them as a three piece!), hope to see some of you down there for what promises to be an incredible free show.
